I have the privilege of finding and improving ways that our business can advance the roughly one million people we touch. I do this with a great team through our sustainability initiatives, our Gap Foundation programs, and strengthening government relations across the globe.

STYLE PERSONALITY
Adaptable – I like wearing suits with sneakers. And I like socks that aren’t boring.
GO-TO OUTFIT
A crisp, white button-up shirt, a dark BR blazer, and Gap jeans with colorful Old Navy socks. Maybe a pocket square if my socks are a little more straight-forward that day.
The jeans are important. I have pairs of Gap jeans that have taken me all around the world. It’s about more than just the jeans – it’s about the experiences that those jeans have seen; the experiences I've had while wearing them.

A $1 stainless steel bracelet I purchased near the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
LAST PURCHASE
An engine belt for my ’68 drop top Camaro. She limps around sometimes, kind of like how I do after playing basketball.

I sat across the table from Doris Fisher and Dianne Feinstein at an event and listened to each tell stories while the other smiled large enough to light up the city.
FIRST JOB
Grocery store cart pusher.
ALWAYS PUTS YOU IN A GOOD MOOD
Shooting hoops with my two boys… they’re 13 and 17. I’m hoping I have a few more years before they’re too embarrassed to play with me.
EPIPHANY MOMENT
When I was living in Dehli with my family, all four of us would drive together each morning to drop my kids off at school. We noticed that there was a little girl — maybe 7 or 8 years old — who was at one of our regular stop lights everyday. We started bringing extra food for her, and she became a regular part of our day.
She really made an impression on all of us, and she reminded me that taking small actions can make a big difference in someone’s life. I was put on this earth to give back, and I’m lucky that my job allows me to live my purpose.
SOMETHING PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU
‘Stitch’ from the movie ‘Creed’ was my kickboxing coach. But I can’t get my leg up beyond counter-height these days.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT GAP INC.?
The family. The dedication of the Fisher family and their investment in our communities is something I’ve never seen at another company. It’s what makes Gap Inc. feel like a family.

They actually pay me to help people and improve our planet — it’s crazy!

The diversity of activities and interactions. From meeting P.A.C.E. participants and This Way Ahead interns, to connecting with both local and global leaders, I enjoy connecting with real people to make progress in a meaningful way.
