Gap Inc. Recognized for Progress on Climate, Water and Smarter Shipping
At Gap Inc., we believe a healthy environment is a human right, and we’re working hard to help tackle the interconnected threats of climate change and the global water crisis. We also recognize the business benefits that come from these efforts, making us more efficient and enhancing our connection with customers, employees and other stakeholders who also seek to make a positive impact for people and the planet.
While we still have more work to do, we recognize that the scale of our global business holds great potential to create real change -- and we’re committed to doing our part. We’re proud that some of our climate and water efforts have recently garnered the attention and recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and CDP.
Earning leadership status on new CDP Climate and Water scorecards
