You will support the execution of cross-site customer journeys — including navigation, landing pages, search, recommendations, and outfitting — ensuring the site reflects both commercial priorities and the design intent of our product. Blending the art and science of ecommerce, you’ll help bring product initiatives to life through compelling digital storytelling and seamless site execution.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of site merchandising strategies across navigation, category pages, and landing experiences, ensuring alignment with the commercial plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring product and campaign storytelling to life online.
  • Assist in building seasonal navigation plans and site linking strategies, using web analytics and competitive benchmarking to make recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of third-party vendor technologies (e.g., product recommendations, search, outfitting modules), and contribute to reporting to measure performance and identify optimizations.
  • Assist with all PPOF scope, owning shot requests across categories and managing execution
  • Monitor site KPIs and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Contribute to cross-functional pods and projects that improve site flow, conversion, and storytelling.
  • Stay current on competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market trends to inform recommendations.

Who You Are

  • Passion for the customer and creating seamless, inspiring online shopping experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communicator — able to share insights, tell a story with data, and influence partners.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented; thrives in cross-functional settings.
  • Analytical thinker with working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office; ability to learn new systems quickly (ecommerce platforms, analytics dashboards, CMS tools)
  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, site operations, or related field preferred
