About the Role
As Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics you will support our Old Navy Growth Marketing team by providing actionable insights, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations. This role will play a critical part in shaping marketing investment strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and driving customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing analytics, consumer insights, and business strategy within the retail or fashion industry
What You'll Do
- Analyze marketing performance across paid media, CRM, loyalty programs, and digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and finance, to inform budget allocation and investment decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key marketing KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and attribution modeling to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Leverage customer segmentation and predictive analytics to personalize marketing efforts and enhance ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to enhance data collection and analytics capabilities.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or business intelligence, preferably within retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
- Experience with marketing attribution models, A/B testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Solid understanding of paid media, CRM, email, and digital marketing channels.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive growth initiatives.

Salary Range: $114,900 - $152,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
