About the Role
The Brand Marketing Manager – Denim is responsible for leading the strategic marketing initiatives that elevate and drive growth for our denim category. Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, this role will play a critical part in shaping seasonal campaigns, storytelling, and consumer engagement across owned and paid channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for denim, trend awareness, and the ability to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the denim category, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and seasonal product priorities.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation of 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion, working closely with creative, media, and digital teams.
- Product Storytelling: Partner with merchandising and design teams to develop compelling product narratives that highlight denim innovations, fits, and trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social, PR, retail, e-commerce, and influencer teams to ensure a cohesive message and execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage data, competitive analysis, and cultural trends to inform strategic decisions and campaign development.
- Retail & E-commerce Integration: Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to develop marketing programs that drive traffic, engagement, and sales both in-store and online.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of denim market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR channels.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, and merchandising teams.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Salary Range: $114,900 - $152,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
