About the Role

In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment focused on advancing Gap Inc.’s Inclusion & Belonging strategy through both systemic and experiential change. As a Manager within the COE & Engagement team, you will champion employee connection, amplify diverse voices, and drive initiatives that strengthen belonging across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, activate engagement programs, and ensure our culture and commitments to equality are embedded into the employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver inclusive employee experiences and programs that enhance our value proposition, amplify diverse voices, and influence cultural storytelling.
  • Integrate inclusion learning and development opportunities into leadership and talent programs to embed belonging into everyday practices.
  • Strategically lead and coordinate Employee Belonging Groups (EBGs) to foster community, allyship, and impact aligned with business priorities.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and external partners to drive systemic change and advance I&B commitments.
  • Ensure operational excellence and accountability through project management discipline, measurement of outcomes, and application of industry best practices to continuously innovate.

Who You Are

  • Broad knowledge of current inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement trends, as well as change management best practices
  • Proven ability to leverage project management, data, and stakeholder engagement to influence broad groups of leaders without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen with experience partnering across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Functions to align culture, talent, and inclusion goals
  • Creative and innovative thinker, willing to push the envelope to bring fresh ideas to life
  • Exceptional organizational skills: detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a changing environment
  • Passionate about creating a consistent, inclusive, and engaging employee experience that inspires connection and belonging

Salary Range: $120,400 - $159,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
