About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Productivity & Efficiency, you will lead a team focused on driving optimization across retail operations through engineering principles, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for shaping recommendations and building solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring programs are designed collaboratively and set up for successful execution by implementation partners. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional collaboration, shared problem-solving, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in shaping how our stores operate by evaluating opportunities, designing strategic initiatives in process design, labor allocation, and productivity testing, and building a community of practice that connects teams across brands.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with Platform Operations, Field Leaders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work that supports store and brand goals.
• Facilitate alignment on success criteria, milestones, and stakeholder communication for initiatives before handoff to implementation teams.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess performance, benchmark processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and decision-ready materials that ensure implementation partners are equipped with clear, collaborative solutions.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships, ensuring alignment, transparency, and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment across key stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of process design experience; 1–3 years of Retail Store/Operations experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of time and motion standards systems (e.g., MOST), Six Sigma, or Lean practices.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional program design efforts, including governance, alignment, and executive reporting.
• Skilled at relationship-building, with a proven ability to foster collaboration, influence senior leaders, and partner effectively across functions.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and bring others along in the process.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at working in a dynamic, team-oriented business landscape.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including overnight travel.

Salary Range: $118,500 - $171,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
