About the Role

As the Assistant Merchandiser for Specialty Accessories, you’ll lead with imagination and innovation to craft product assortments that not only perform but inspire. In this pivotal role, you'll partner across functions to blend data-driven insights with bold, customer-centric ideas, turning creative concepts into commercially successful assortments. With your finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and style, you'll help shape the future of accessories—creating products that resonate emotionally and perform financially. From ideation to execution, you're empowered to think big, move fast, and bring creative visions to life.
What You'll Do
- Champion innovative and inclusive merchandise strategies that reflect our brand vision and resonate with global and regional customers
- Collaborate closely with Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to turn creative ideas into compelling, on-brand product assortments that balance aesthetic and commercial impact
- Use a mix of storytelling, customer insights, and data to influence decisions and fuel assortment strategies
- Evaluate seasonal investment opportunities with Inventory Management to prioritize high-potential ideas and support key growth areas
- Monitor in-season business performance, identify creative solutions to risks, and adapt strategies in real-time
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and creative way to inspire cross-functional alignment
- Take part in diverse, cross-functional projects that challenge conventional thinking and push the brand forward

Salary Range: $67,900 - $86,600 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
