About the role

We’re looking for

a Project Manager to support the Process Optimization team in a PMO role providing cross-brand project management of store-facing process optimization initiatives. The Project Manager supports the synthesis of program management schedules, deliverables, interdependencies and risks.

This role is responsible for effective comprehensive communication of project status to all key stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Act as project manager in support of crossbrand re-engineering strategies of store processes

  • Ensure successful completion of projects by aligning templates and processes that enable team to track metrics and adhere to program timelines

  • Facilitate risk mitigation and contingency planning, surface issues and risks working with team to escalate for resolution

  • Support content development for field-facing communications, tools and resources associated with the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and other key operational initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage key business partners to drive projects to completion

  • Influence key business partners and represent the needs of stores and their customers in all interactions

Who you are

  • Experienced in a project management role, ideally across different workstreams in a complex environment

  • Certified PMP preferred; experience operating withiin a PMO

  • Proven success in tracking multiple projects from ideation to execution

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability of engaging and influencing others at all levels of the organization

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize and adapt appropriately

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and workflow management applications

  • Retail Stores experience preferred
