About the role
Job Review Market Survey systems and vendor relationships including system and data aspects of overall competitive benchmarking, compensation survey participation, survey library, survey vendor relationships, and budget forecasts. Administer technical programs for HRMS, Base Pay, Variable Pay (Corporate and Field), FAVR, Global Grading and Market Survey systems, including vendor relationships, system interfaces, configuration and testing, technical data integrity audits and program audits. Work closely with Rewards, IT and Shared Services teams, as well as other internal and external key stakeholders to review and guide technology and business processes. Maintain and execute implementation and ongoing process management of Global variable pay plans (Corporate Bonus Accrual, Corporate Bonus Payout, Field Incentives). Guide annual survey matching across businesses and ensure timely survey submission. Administer technical and business process projects and program executions through the development of project plans. Contribute to the Annual Focal/Rewards review process work streams.
Who you are
Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, IT or Human Resources or related field followed by 6 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related field.
Experience and/or education must include:
- Microsoft applications: Excel, Access or other relational database, Word, PowerPoint;
- HRMS systems; and
- Analytical and quantitative skills
