About the role
Job Provide quantitative research, analysis and support to identify business opportunities/issues and form hypotheses. Design A/B and multivariate tests by recommending sample size and test duration based on minimum detectable lift, significance, and power. Partner with development resources to setup test structure in Optimizely to deliver code to the site and split website traffic. Identify and track the metrics to measure the success of a specific business opportunity. Track and manage all current and future tests and participated in cross-functional meetings to discuss timelines, recommend best-practices and share learning. Prepare tableau/Power BI dashboards to share testing KPI's (revenue, conversion, basket size, click behavior), insights (tactical learnings and iterations for next steps), and presented them to senior leadership. Work with key stakeholders both internal and external to advance our testing capabilities. Identify and execute process improvement strategies to further enhance and streamline our capabilities. Build and execute R/SQL scripts to extract data at a customer level for multiple A/B and multivariate tests across a portfolio of brands.
Who you are
Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, professional experience in job offered or related occupation.
