About the role
The Senior Producer for Gap Factory Online will oversee a team that owns production for promotions, email, and website content. This role supports both promotional and product content with the objective of driving a pipeline that delivers business performance, flexibility, and flawless execution.
Partner closely with your cross-functional partners and business leads to build an operational model that creates space for growth and flexibility to meet business needs and implement changes as needed
Understand business goals and requirements for all web, email, and promotional projects.
Roll-up your sleeves as the team needs to work on scheduling, QA, builds, and meeting management
Manage, provide career development, mentor a team of producers and associate producers
Advise on technical feasibility of promotions and eCommerce work
Who you are
Positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple projects
History of effective cross-functional partnerships and working through multiple levels of an organization
High attention to detail, organization and project management skills
5+ years of digital operations, project management, production experience. Ideally in eCommerce.
