Maggie has more than 25 years of experience in athletic and lifestyle apparel and brings deep expertise in brand management, merchandising, product innovation, and digital commerce to the brand.
Before joining Athleta, Maggie served as Vice President and General Manager of Nike’s North America Women’s Business, a $4.5 billion portfolio. In this role, she led the transformation of the women’s marketplace by optimizing end-to-end business operations, building premium retail experiences, and driving deeper engagement with female athletes and consumers. Her leadership was pivotal in shaping Nike’s women’s strategy across both performance and lifestyle categories, delivering compelling product assortments, growing brand affinity through athlete and community partnerships, and expanding omnichannel customer experiences.
Previously, Maggie spearheaded Nike’s Global Direct Acceleration strategy, where she redefined the brand’s marketplace through digital transformation, strategic channel management, and a focus on elevating premium retail experiences. Earlier in her career, she held multiple leadership positions across merchandising and general management at Nike.
Recognized for her inclusive leadership, Maggie is a strong advocate for inclusion and belonging. She has led company-wide initiatives to recruit and inspire the next generation of leaders, creating team cultures grounded in purpose, trust, and impact.
Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and is the proud mother of two daughters.
