For more than a dozen years, we have led initiatives like P.A.C.E. and our Human Rights programs that unlock new possibilities for women and girls, embracing a collaborative approach to remove barriers and enhance women’s empowerment and opportunity.

Assessment and Remediation

Through transparency and partnership across our supply chain, we can improve workers’ well-being, protect human rights, reduce environmental impacts and improve business performance.

Capability Building

In partnership with suppliers, employees, NGOs, industry associations, investors and communities — our programs work to improve worker representation. We address issues such as workplace cooperation, supervisory skills and gender-based violence. We also support our facilities with environmental capability-building programs.

Gap Inc. P.A.C.E. and RISE
