Gap Inc. (NYSE: GAP) released its 2025 Impact Report today, demonstrating the company’s progress in fiscal 2025 toward our purpose of bridging gaps to create a better world – creating opportunity, advancing equity and inclusion, and driving lasting impact for people and the planet as a house of iconic brands, including Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta.

Introducing the report, Gap Inc. CEO Richard Dickson shared, “In a remarkably dynamic year for the apparel industry, I'm proud that Gap Inc. met the moment. We know that stronger performance drives greater impact and creates long-term, sustainable value for all our stakeholders."

Since its founding in 1969, Gap Inc. has been bridging gaps to create a better world. In 2020, Gap Inc. announced its 2025 strategy and goals to source more sustainable fibers in our products, empower women in the supply chain through capability-building programs, and reach 20,000 youth through Old Navy’s opportunity program, This Way ONward. The 2025 Impact Report marks the company’s communication of progress and achievement of these ambitions.

Going forward, the company will continue building momentum where it matters.

Highlights from fiscal 2025 include:

✓ Achieved our goal of procuring 100% more sustainable cotton and 65% recycled polyester for our products, exceeding our fiber goals and helping advance our path to net zero by 2050.

✓ Co-founded Get Blue with Water.org to help end the global water crisis and expand access to safe water and sanitation for communities around the world.

✓ 100% of strategic Tier 1 facilities are now invested in RISE programs globally, helping nearly 113,000 workers build professional and life skills in 2025 alone — part of a broader effort that has reached over 1.8 million people since 2007.

“At Gap Inc., we are committed to making progress and meaningful impact by leveraging our global operations. In 2025, I am proud that we grew skills training for workers across our supplier network to reach nearly two million people, increased our use of more sustainable fibers and launched Get Blue with global partners to help expand access to safe water and sanitation. Together, these efforts reflect our commitment to building a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive future,” said Sally Gilligan, Chief Supply Chain & Transformation Officer at Gap Inc.
