About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role involves managing orders, coordinating deliveries, assisting with scheduling, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient
workflows.

What You'll Do

 Process and complete internal and external orders accurately and in a timely manner

 Coordinate and manage deliveries, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues

 Order food and supplies as needed for meetings, events, or team needs  Track order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders

 Source and locate products or materials for various departments

 Manage incentive programs, track/order prizes, and assist with communications.

 Manage incoming mail/delivery for office staff on site, pick up/mail letters, pick up exception returns, etc.

 Provide general administrative and assistant support to team members and leadership

 Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and vendor communications

 Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

 Ability to work onsite with solid attendance and zero transportation issues

Who You Are

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

 Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g. Microsoft Suite & Office, Teams, Zoom)

 Attention to detail and follow-through

 Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred

 Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, track data, and manage digital workflows efficiently
