From our headquarters and hub locations to distribution centers, WE brings together facilities, food, travel, events, and workplace strategy to deliver a seamless and inspiring employee experience.
The Workplace Experience Project Manager will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution across this diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong project management expertise, and a bias toward action; someone who can operate at both a high level and in the details to help scale and evolve the workplace experience at Gap Inc.
What You'll Do
- Drive execution of Workplace Experience strategies and initiatives from concept-to-launch, implementing processes, systems, and tools that ensure alignment across functions, geographies, and workstreams.
- Partner closely with the Head WE and WELT to translate vision into actionable plans, manage priorities, and track progress against key goals.
- Act as a central connector across Workplace Experience functions, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies while ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional initiatives.
- Centralize project tracking, documentation, and communication through project management systems to ensure visibility, transparency, and consistency across initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and elevate the workplace experience, connecting day-to-day operations with long-term strategy through insights and data.
- Manage annual planning rhythms, including calendars, budgets, and key operational cadences across Workplace Experience in partnership with the Head of WE and admin support.
Who You Are
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex, cross-functional work into clear, actionable plans and influence alignment across diverse partners.
- Strong strategic and systems thinking; able to connect workplace operations, employee experience, and business goals while identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple workstreams.
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing long-term strategy with detailed execution.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving capability; navigates ambiguity and drives progress across competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience leading through change, with the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across evolving strategies, initiatives, and ways of working.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments, ideally within workplace, operations, real estate, hospitality, or related functions, with comfort supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
