About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support daily operations across our office kitchenettes. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for all employees and plays an important part in ensuring a positive workplace experience.

What You'll Do

  • Restock dishware, snacks, fruit, and pantry supplies across multiple floors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, shelves, and shared kitchen equipment.
  • Perform daily upkeep of BrewBird coffee machines, Bevi water machines, and kegerators.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low or missing items.
  • Keep snack areas, storage spaces, and kitchenettes tidy and organized.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee feedback or requests related to kitchenette conditions, supplies, or equipment.
  • Report employee feedback, recurring issues, or equipment concerns to management in a timely manner.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple floors.
  • Comfort with light to moderate lifting (supplies, boxes, kegs).
  • Reliable, proactive, and professional in shared spaces.
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to address employee needs quickly and effectively, while escalating issues to management when appropriate.

Hourly Range: $19.50 - $23.90 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
