In June 2017, Gap Brand in Taiwan received the 2017 Customer Service Gold Award at an awarding ceremony of The Best Service in Taiwan, sponsored by Taiwan Business Times, which showed the company's continuous efforts in customer services and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Per the award organizer, the evaluation is made by mysterious customers who will shop at stores or consult through phone and email, in an effort to examine the real customer experience and recognize the best service providers across industries. This year the organizer partnered with the Taiwan Service Audit Association to ensure the investigation results are professional, objective and fair, aligned with national level.

Gap brand has entered Taiwan for three years, and there are total eleven stores in the country. Following the strategy of “service always comes first”, we encourage our employees to do what they love and love what they do. This is not just a simple slogan, but embedded in how we treat our customers.
