To be ranked as a leader in this index comes from the dedication of our employees to create change and our collective efforts to become the most inclusive company in the world. Although we are incredibly proud of accolades like this one, we still have a big hill to climb as we break down systemic barriers for all. Our work is never done.
Every day, we challenge ourselves to understand how we can be more Inclusive, By Design. Moments like this one remind us that each step forward is critical in creating long-lasting systemic changes through our work to achieve our 2025 Commitments that we must remain focused to achieve our goals.
