About the Role

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in delivering a high-impact, inclusive, and seamless recruitment experience across Gap Inc. APAC markets. This position partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent through innovative sourcing strategies, strong market insights, and trusted advisory support.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for roles across Gap Inc. brands and functions in APAC.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and provide region-specific talent insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Design and execute creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies using social platforms, referrals, market mapping, advertising, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to ensure a consistent and compliant hiring process.
  • Manage recruitment activities within Workday, maintaining high data integrity and adherence to internal policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Gap Inc. as an employer of choice through campaigns and community engagement.
  • Monitor industry, competitor, and talent trends to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Contribute to regional and APAC-wide Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within large or global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Experience using digital, social, and AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing and recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement and solution-focused mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who proactively supports team and regional goals.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin required.
  • This position is office-based and requires onsite work at the Gap Inc. Hong Kong office.
