To keep returns stress-free, Gap Inc. is transforming the way we manage returns via our new returns portal. Customers can now initiate, track and complete most returns via new self-service options.

* Stores fulfill Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders within two hours. For orders placed before 4PM local time, customers will receive an email confirmation within 2 hours. If the customer places the order after 4PM local time, they will receive confirmation by store opening the following day. The store will send another confirmation email when the order is ready for pickup. 

* Customers can opt in to receive SMS alerts for their BOPIS order. With this feature, customers will receive texts in addition to status update emails.
