We all know that the holiday season is looking different this year.  At Gap Inc., our family of brands is ready to deliver a great experience, whenever and however you choose to shop with us. 

Keeping You Safe in Stores 

If you choose to shop in person at one of our stores, we’re continuing to follow a number of measures to keep our customers and associates safe and healthy and are excited to share new convenient shopping methods to make your experience with us as seamless as possible. 

To provide you with more convenience during the holidays, we’ve launched branded service hubs to all Old Navy and Athleta U.S. stores, the Convenience Spot at Old Navy and At Your Service at Athleta. These were both designed to provide our on-the-go customers a way to bypass the checkout line for quick service, allowing you to make quick returns or pick up an order placed ahead of time.  

In addition, we limit the amount of people who can be in our stores at any one time, following all mandates around physical distancing. We also offer hand sanitization stations through our stores, have health guards installed at checkouts, and require all customers and associates to wear masks at all times.  

Shopping from the Comfort of your Home 

This year we’ve made it easier than ever to shop from anywhere, even your couch or on your phone! Through our e-commerce sites and mobile apps (available for download in your phone’s App Store), you can order items to be shipped straight to your home with free shipping on orders of $50+. !  

If you need your items quicker, we also offer Buy Online, Pick-up In Store or Curbside Pickup at our stores in the U.S. Choose the option to pick up from a location near you instead of to your address, and your items will be ready within two hours, if placed by 2pm local time. We have recently added a “doorbell” feature if you choose Curbside pick-up—simply click the link in your order confirmation, which will alert the store teams that you have arrived to pick up your order, without having to take the time to call the store. 

More Ways than Ever to Pay and Save! 

We are committed to making it easier and more efficient to shop, which includes adding more payment options. With the recent addition of PayPal to our e-commerce sites and mobile apps, online checkout is quicker than ever.  

We also recently announced our partnership with Afterpay, allowing you to pay for your purchases in four interest-free installments. We are excited to give our customers the power of choice through these new payment options, allowing more convenience and control when purchasing from our family of brands. 

Finally, our new branded loyalty programs will allow our U.S and Puerto Rico customers to continue earning points for every dollar spent in our stores or online! Navyist Rewards, Gap Good Rewards, Banana Republic Rewards, and Athleta Rewards allow you to earn 2 points for every $1 spent and earn $5 off for every 500 points earned. We have already seen huge enrollment numbers since launching these programs in September and look forward to seeing more customers sign up to save during the holidays.
