About the Role

In this position, you will support global reporting and forecasting, ensuring the logistics teams have clear visibility of volumes to our Distribution Centers across the network. The Network Planning Sr. Analyst will collaborate with operations, finance, transportation and brand business partners to maintain effective operational capacity models. The Network Planning Sr. Analyst will help build the models and ensure models are updated with accurate data inputs within committed timeframes to enable flexibility to make weekly and monthly capacity decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Actively participates in weekly, monthly and quarterly Capacity Model maintenance based on the requirements of the Capacity Planning Director.
  • Develops and maintains data repositories that contain capacity planning data inputs.
  • Influences data policy to manage and monitor data compliance for critical fields.
  • Maintain complex analytic models and forecasts using business defined data inputs from several discrepant systems.

Who You Are

  • 4 years of experience with data management and advanced MS Excel is required.
  • MS Access, SQL Server is also highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data, problem solve, and help drive capacity solutions across the network.
  • Experience building optimization models.
  • Experience with process improvement and project management.
  • Understanding of basics of system architecture, databases, storage systems.
