· Collaborate with product management, technical management and architecture in the design of software products
· Write well-written, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns.

· Design, Implement and Launch highly-visible features for our Global Retail Warehouse domain platform using Test/Behavior Driven Development practices.

· Partner with like-minded engineers in empowered and self-organized product teams.

· Lead and teach others during the development software.

· Practice relentless automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

· Develop, Test, Deploy and support software that supports business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Design, Implement and Launch highly-visible features for our Global Retail Warehouse domain platform using Test/Behavior Driven Development practices.
  • Partner with like-minded engineers in empowered and self-organized product teams.
  • Lead and teach others during the development software.
  • Practice relentless automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Develop, Test, Deploy and support software that supports business needs.
  • Description including duties performed, use of tools, machines, equipment, skills, software, technologies, qualifications, certifications, licenses, etc.
  • Working closely with product/business owners for gathering requirements and translating them into technical design.

▪ Involving Object-Oriented design, technical discussions, helped in identifying the dependencies, risks and proposing resolutions.

▪ Practicing Agile methodologies to deliver the software, which will help in providing faster feedback on business features.

▪ Involving in understanding the existing warehouse management systems, enhancing them to add new business features and configure existing systems to support new business channels for a retail client, also integrating with new upstreams.

▪ Implemented highly available, scalable, distributed cloud-native microservices for a retail client. Used enterprise messaging to enable scalability. Also implemented resiliency to recover from failures.

▪ Deploying microservices to Cloud hosting systems Azure, PCF, and OCI.

▪ Leading and mentoring a Manager to deliver quality software.

▪ Responsible for nearshore/on-site coordination and deliverables.

▪ Working on Dev-Ops model, owning build, deploy in Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) by Jenkins, Electric commander, code repositories GIT, SVN, and provided support for implementation.

▪ Development Tools: Java, Spring Framework, RDBMS, MongoDB;

▪ Cloud Hosting Methodologies (Azure, OCI, PCF);

▪ Retail / Warehouse Domain Knowledge;

▪ Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools, Jenkins, Electric Commander, Git, SVN;

▪ Dev-Ops Experience; ▪ Object Oriented Design Experience & Test-Driven Development (TDD) / Business Driven Development (BDD).

▪ Practicing Agile methodologies to deliver the software, which will help in providing faster feedback on business features.

▪ Cloud Hosting Methodologies (Azure, OCI, PCF)
