About the Role

In this role, you will deliver store strategies to enable brands to deliver strong earnings and create competitive advantages. The team integrates and operationalizes all planned activities to enable stores, field leadership and HQ business partners to optimize performance and results.

What You'll Do

  • Support the labor management strategy in our North America Stores.
  • The Manager of Labor Strategy drives and leads the development and implementation of all initiatives, tools and resources that support planning, communicating and allocating store labor across our North America fleet. 
  • This leader is responsible for driving business results and supporting the customer experience by focusing on accurate labor allocation, budget management, coordination and influence of workload related events, and strategic development and evolution of all labor management and scheduling related initiatives. This manager supports a strong operational organization through efficiency and profitability.  They will partner with both brand and cross brand departments throughout the organization to drive service, profitability and productivity, develop and recommend new processes as well as influence plans for outdated/ineffective processes.
  • Provide thought leadership and work closely with Store Operations, Field Leaders and other functional business partners to define, develop and drive key business priorities to support Stores and Brand goals
  • Independently own and manage strategic initiatives, leading cross functional teams in evaluation of hypotheses, strategic analysis / planning, and operational execution to further store goals and priorities
  • Develop and refine project scope, structure, and approach, quantitative and qualitative analyses Identify key issues, guide analysis, develop conclusions, and present findings to cross functional leaders
  • Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs
  • Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies

Who You Are

  • Partners with Store Operations Leadership Team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives in support of divisional strategies and divisional financial goals.
  • Analyzes opportunities, drives results and measures the success of field initiatives. 
  • Develops and seamlessly integrates initiatives designed to drive external and internal customer satisfaction and business efficiencies.
  • Develops individuals providing thoughtful and timely feedback.
  • Develops and manages budgetesources for effective labor allocation through an effective labor model that supports stores and drives productivity.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, keeping the brand competitive while understanding the impact of initiatives on customer experience, store workload, productivity, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Delivers well executed solutions, on time and on budget, that drive store performance.
  • Leads and collaborates with field leadership and cross-brand HQ teams to determine opportunities for process improvement.
  • Preserves brand image and priorities in stores, with customer as the primary focus.
