About the role

In this role you will support the Contact Center Project Manager in ensuring company, brand and Contact Center projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget and also drive employee adoption and usage to deliver business results. This person will be Customer Curious as you support the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, new technology, and organizational structures. The role will also support ensuring all relevant Contact Center initiatives are successfully launched; partnering with various functional teams to ensure seamless roll-out and execution.

What you'll do

  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication and engagement activities.

  • Assist in leading change and project management efforts across the organization.

  • Plan, direct and coordinate projects effort to ensure on-time completions within budget.

  • Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules, proactively handle project issues and/or risks

  • Work closely with stakeholders, customers, vendors and developers to cultivate and share feedback on project implementation.

  • Collaborate with and provide direct support to contact center leaders as they work to bring their teams through the transition.

Who you are

  • Experience in project management, change management, operations or related field.

  • Experience with organizational change efforts.

  • Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.

  • Ability to create and manage project tools and support phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to create a relatable story that promotes team and employee engagement and support.

  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
