About the role

A key member of the BR Product Operations Team, responsible for supporting the Production function with operational and strategic leadership, so that teams can work in the most efficient and effective ways possible. This position is a key partner to the Production organization as well as cross-functional Product Leaders.

What you'll do

  • Continuously review and improve existing E2E P2M pipeline processes
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to infrom the P2M calendar
  • Influence roadmap development and implementation of technology solutions, including: Tradestone, PLM, Buying Track Manager (responsive application), SMEE (booking application), SMS (sample management tool), PETE (global assortment tool)
  • Use data to identify root cause & develop plans to manage and measure issue resolution
  • Support the application and execution of responsive capabilities including Demand Driven Buying and VMI
  • Support the application and execution buying tracks involving greater intergration with sourcing base (e.g. FAST /Co-Creation/Co-lab)
  • Own creation and distribution of key operational dashboards
  • Serve as a thought partner to peers and leaders alike. Serve as the expert on market, competitor and customer dynamics in priority divisions/categories
  • Lead special divisional projects related to company initiatives (e.g. 3D samples, assortment architecture, omni-channel platform)

  • Planning & Process Management: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Anticipate risks and identifies contingency plans and processes to prevent disruptions
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to build consensus and work collaboratively across levels and functions. Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter and independent: agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to provide clarity and effectively apply perspective throughout the process
  • Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (PLM, VBA, SQL, Python, R, all PLUS)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6+ years of professional work experience, retail experience a plus, with ideally 2-4 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or business strategy
