About the role

The Marketing Manager Omni Experience plays a critical role in bringing the Old Navy brand experience to life in Stores, online and through the app.

What you'll do

  • Own marketing projects related to retail and digital experience, including but not limited to Convenience Spot, Site Experience and App projects, and experiential partnerships

  • Own marketing projects related to Store Design, including but not limited to Omni Services and Evergreen Branding work for windows and in-store

  • Project manage Store Design initiatives through the lens of Marketing and Customer objectives

  • Act as key liaison between Marketing and partners from Store Design, Store Operations, Real Estate, Visual Merchandising, and Product team

  • Act as representative and voice in the room for Marketing in cross functional forums

  • Drive for alignment and clarity between leaders and teams on goals, strategy, budget and project scopes

  • Partner closely with other Marketing departments to execute projects on time and budget, including Creative, Production, Program Management

  • Create briefs and participate in all creative milestones as needed, including concept work, kick off, creative review and approvals

  • Maintain deep knowledge and advocacy for the end to end customer experience in store and online

  • Support for other Marketing initiatives and projects as needed

  • Lead Associate Manager Omni Experience in execution, growth and development

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing; content marketing experience required

  • Proven ability to translate business priorities into compelling marketing messages; a natural storyteller

  • Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer focused mindset

  • Experience with creative collaboration and brief writing

  • Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data

  • Strong ability to prioritize on the go

  • Team player with top notch people skills who can foster dynamic relationships with other cross functional teams, including but not limited to: Store Design, Store Ops, Production, Creative, Styling & Photo Production, Visual Merchandising

  • High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Laser focused on results both at an individual level and for the team at large

  • Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity and eagerness to test and learn

  • Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred
