About the role

Job Work with leadership to identify the right organization structures, competencies, and processes to run a nimble, efficient and constantly evolving business. Lead team members and the business through complex organizational changes and ways of working. Coach senior level leaders on organizational changes, performance management, and people leadership skills to drive a performance culture. Think strategically about the business and then build people plans that align and support long range plans. Plan and execute organizational changes and reductions in workforce across markets (Europe + US) using knowledge of global employee relations and legal landscape. Bring competitive insights and expertise to drive Gap Brand’s business and best in class people practices. Collaborate across the organization and influence senior level leaders action and strategies that drive engagement, commitment and performance.

Who you are

Education: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Organizational Design
  2. Change leadership
  3. Strategic Orientation
  4. Legal and Employee Relations knowledge
  5. Retail Knowledge
  6. Collaboration and Influencing
