About the role
This position is responsible for the executional quality of approved marketing content onsite and email.
This candidate will be fluent in QA processes and will advocate for flawless execution. The Gap Digital Operations Production team is first line of defense for tools issues and engages technical & product support partners to drive timely resolutions to minimize any impact to daily operations.
What you'll do
Review email proofs and site preview links for accuracy of the overall customer experience.
QA content across break points, device/browser types, and email clients.
Own coordination and daily/weekly updates to cross-functional documents
Support change-execution in reaction to business needs.
Escalate issues and recommendations with an appropriate level of urgency. Works efficiently with business partners to resolve QA issues before launch.
Work closely with Development team to understand timelines and schedules. Maintain individual daily and weekly schedule of tasks to deliver on time and effectively meet deadlines.
Proactively and clearly communicate with Producers to deliver content setup in a consistent and timely manner.
Assist with ad-hoc QA, documentation, and special projects as needed.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
1 year of detailed task planning and execution experience with related experience in retail/ecommerce.
Basic understanding of content management processes, tools, and technologies, preferable in the retailor ecommerce space.
Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, as well as an awareness and understanding of team dynamics.
Experience with organizational programs (OneDrive, SharePoint, SmartSheet).
Emotionally adept with poise under pressure.
