About the role
Job Responsible for the Design, configuration, and administration of the SFSC Contact Center platform to ensure optimum, best-practice usage including security models, data governance. Partner with System Implementation Partners and Gap Inc’s technical teams to deliver and maintain Lightning Migration. Partner with Contact Center Business leaders to align business processes with available system functionality. Support product integration & administration activities in Salesforce Service cloud to allow for API Integration across various product domains for data sharing using REST and SOAP protocols and other Web Service technologies, standards and specifications. Develop CI/CD Pipelines to support continuous integration using Jenkins, Github, Python, Bash, Korn shell scripts. Triage production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis and problem management for critical incidents.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation
Experience and/or education must include:
Service Cloud, Communities and Marketing Cloud;
Salesforce Classic and Lightning components;
Salesforce in APEX, Visual Force, Trigger, Batch Apex, Java Script, SOQL, HTML and Chatter;
Implementation of Security provisioning, authentication and authorization; and
Github, Jenkins, and Toolsets.
