Challenging. Analytical. Game Changing. IM Ready is a 90-day immersion and training program that leads to a role within the Inventory Management function at Old Navy, a division of Gap Inc. brands. The Inventory Management team guides financial and inventory investment decisions, with an ability to assess a wide range of data to make profitable decisions for both in season and for the future.
You're forecasting sales, triggering promotions and executing markdowns to capitalize on opportunities in season and strategically predict the future by determining product demand, style by style, for upcoming seasons through in-depth analysis of historical sales and current business.
IM Ready immersion provides a unique on-boarding approach where trainees gain real life exposure to the business before taking ownership over it. All trainees are matched with a coach, buddy and mentor who will guide their learning journey, which consists of hands-on learning, classroom instruction, job shadowing, case studies & projects, as well as homeroom-like sessions.
Through this program, Old Navy hires into the positions of Inventory Analyst and Allocation Analyst. Individuals with a highly analytical background and a passion for the retail industry are encouraged to apply.
