In addition to our San Francisco headquarters, Gap Inc. Direct has teams based in Rocklin, Calif., as well as in Grove City and Groveport, Ohio. In order to ensure our online customers receive the best service possible, Gap Inc. Direct operates customer call centers in Rocklin, Calif., as well as Grove City, Ohio. Our call centers are staffed with friendly, knowledgeable associates who offer assistance to and answer questions from our customers.

Located in Grove City and Groveport, Ohio, Gap Inc. Direct's fulfillment centers are the heart of our merchandise distribution system. In addition to shipping orders to customers and processing returns, our teams unload, process and sort incoming boxes of merchandise. Gap Inc.
