Glenn K. Murphy
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gap Inc.
Glenn Murphy joined Gap Inc. as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in July 2007.
Under Glenn's leadership, the company has successfully driven bottom line earnings growth by focusing on healthy margins and expense management. The company's executive management team is focused on restoring the health of the brands and pursuing growth opportunities overseas through its online channels, franchise operations and international expansion.
Glenn has more than 20 years of retail experience and has successfully led diverse retail businesses and brands in the areas of food, health and beauty, and books. He has an established track record as a decisive, in-charge leader who has revitalized established retail brands.
From 2001 to 2007, Glenn served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada's largest drug store chain, delivering 22 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth.
Prior to Shoppers Drug Mart, Glenn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chapters, Canada's leading book retailer. He also had a 14-year career with Loblaw Companies Ltd, Canada's largest food distributor and supermarket chain, and started his career at A.C. Nielsen, the world's leading marketing information company.
Glenn holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Michelle Banks
EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and
Chief Compliance Officer
Michelle Banks is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Gap Inc.
In her current role, Michelle is responsible for oversight of the global archives, records and privacy; equity administration; governance; integrity and compliance; legal; and regulatory compliance functions. She joined the Gap Inc. Legal Department in 1999. Prior to becoming General Counsel in 2006, Michelle established and led Gap Inc.’s corporate compliance and corporate governance functions.
Before joining Gap Inc., Michelle was in-house legal counsel for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors, and prior to that, worked in Japan as American counsel for ITOCHU Corporation, a publicly held trading company. She was also associated with several law firms, including Morrison & Foerster in California and New York, focusing on corporate finance and international transactions.
Michelle graduated from UCLA with degrees in Law and Economics, and was admitted to the California bar in 1988. Michelle serves on the Board of Directors of Minority Corporate Counsel Association and is Chair of the Executive Advisory Council of the Association of Corporate Counsel Bay Area Chapter. She also serves as Chair of United Way of the Bay Area’s legal community cabinet.

Jack Calhoun
President, Banana Republic
Jack Calhoun is the President of Banana Republic, a division of Gap Inc.
Before taking on the role of President in 2007, Jack was EVP of Merchandising and Marketing at Banana Republic. Along with his responsibilities for all aspects of merchandising and marketing, he was instrumental in developing the brand's growth strategies, and he successfully led growth initiatives including launching a new elevated handbag line and a new personal care suite of fragrances and ancillary products.
Jack joined Gap Inc. in 2003, coming from Charles Schwab & Co. where he was the Executive Vice President of Brand Management and Advertising. Prior to that, he spent six years leading teams at Foote, Cone & Belding and Young & Rubicam, where he served as General Manager of the San Francisco office. He also held marketing positions at Levi Strauss & Company and The Procter & Gamble Company.
Jack attended Indiana University School of Music, received a B.S. from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Jack currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mitchell Gold furniture company and on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Opera, one of the world’s leading opera companies. He also served for five years on the Board of Directors of the national not-for-profit GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation).

Tom Keiser
EVP, Chief Information Officer
Tom Keiser is Gap Inc. Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Tom is responsible for the entire technology platform for Gap Inc., within the U.S. and abroad.
Tom is a proven retail technology executive with significant experience building global platforms. Through his 20-year career, Keiser has led major global technology initiatives for consumer product and retail companies.
Tom previously served as EVP and CIO for Limited Brands, where he spearheaded a multi-year, transformational program to build a new business and technology operating model to support current and future business needs. During 12 years with Ernst & Young, he gained significant international expertise, managing the rollout of 15 major systems in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for a range of companies, including the Coca-Cola Company. A technologist from the start, Tom began his career at BellSouth as a programmer analyst.
Tom received a bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida.

Toby Lenk
President, Gap Inc. Direct
Toby Lenk is President of Gap Inc. Direct, the e-commerce division of Gap Inc. He is responsible for the direction and management of Gap Inc.'s popular retail websites: Gap.com, BananaRepublic.com, OldNavy.com, Piperlime.com and Athleta.com. Lenk also oversees Gap Inc.'s private label credit card program.
Under Toby's leadership, Gap Inc.'s online net sales grew to over $1 billion in 2008 and the company debuted one of the industry's first cross-brand online shopping experiences, giving customers one shopping cart, one checkout, and one flat shipping rate. In 2009, Toby and his team fully integrated the company's latest acquisition, Athleta, into the online platform while continuing to expand its online shoe and handbag brand, Piperlime, to include more than 50 contemporary apparel labels. In 2010, Toby led the company's global online expansion to Canada and the UK, as well as offering shipping to over 80 other countries.
Prior to joining Gap Inc. in 2003, Toby served as CEO of GameFly, the leading online video game subscription service, which he co-founded in 2002. He now serves on the Board of Directors of GameFly. Previously, Toby was CEO of eToys, a pioneering e-commerce business he founded in 1997. Before founding eToys, he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning for The Walt Disney Company.
Toby earned a B.A. in economics and government from Bowdoin College in Maine and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Art Peck
President, Gap North America
Art Peck is the President of Gap North America.
Prior to this role, Art served as President of Gap Inc. Outlet, overseeing all aspects of the division and business including more than 300 Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Factory Stores. He is credited for growing the company’s outlet business to deliver significant earnings and sales growth in the past three years. In addition, he served as Gap Inc.’s Executive Vice President of Strategy & Operations, which includes responsibility for corporate strategy and global business development.
During his first three years at Gap Inc., he developed and led the Strategic Alliances (Franchise) business unit, which today is one of the company’s fastest growing businesses. His experience in entering new markets, product localization, real estate and local markets helped propel Gap Inc.’s market presence as a formidable global player.
Art came to Gap Inc. in 2005 from The Boston Consulting Group, an international strategy and general management consulting firm, where he served as Senior Vice President and Director. During this time, he advised senior clients in the Retail, Entertainment and Music industries on executing growth strategies that drive sales by building emotional connections and consumer loyalty.
Art serves as a trustee on the board of Gap Foundation. He is a graduate of Occidental College in Los Angeles and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Colin Funnell
EVP, Global Supply Chain, Gap Inc.
Colin Funnell is Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Gap Inc. Colin is responsible for managing Gap Inc.'s global supply chain, which includes the company’s logistics network and sourcing operations for both apparel and non apparel, spanning more than 50 countries.
Most recently, Colin served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy. He joined Gap Inc. in 2004 as SVP of Production at Old Navy where he also led Supply Chain for the brand. Over the past seven years, he has served in a variety of senior leadership capacities across logistics, store architecture and construction, and supply chain. Colin is known for his innovative approach to solving complex problems and driving impressive levels of productivity in support of the company and our brands.
Prior to joining Gap Inc., Colin spent six years at Diageo, the international premium beverage company based in London, where he held a number of senior supply chain positions including SVP Network Supply. Before Diageo, he spent 12 years with Eskom, a South African utility where he held leadership roles across purchasing, inventory management, industrial engineering and corporate risk assessment.
Colin holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Eva Sage-Gavin
EVP, Global Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, Gap Inc.
Eva Sage-Gavin is Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. In her role as Chief People Officer, she sets the strategy for the company's communications, government and public affairs, foundation, as well as human resources operations worldwide. Her responsibilities include staffing, diversity, rewards, recognition, employee benefits, learning and development, strategic change, social responsibility, government relations, public affairs and internal and external communications.
Eva joined Gap Inc. in March 2003. Previously, she worked at Sun Microsystems, where she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and at Disney Consumer Products, a division of The Walt Disney Company, where she also was Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In addition, she has served in various senior human resources leadership positions for The PepsiCo Corporation, including its Taco Bell division, and for Xerox Corporation.
In 2005, Eva was recognized as one of the 25 most influential and prominent women leading Human Resource organizations today. In 2006, she received the distinguished honor of Fellow from the national Academy of Human Resources in recognition of her lifelong professional achievements in the field of Human Resources.
A supporter of several educational and nonprofit organizations, Eva is active in her community and serves on a number of industry group boards including the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies Board, the President's Council of Cornell Women, the University of Southern California's Center for Effective Organizations, and the Human Resource Policy Association, where she chairs the Workforce Development committee. She is a member of the Skills for America’s Future Advisory Board, working with the White House, Aspen Institute, community colleges and corporations to build skilled workforces.
Eva holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Sabrina Simmons
EVP and Chief Financial Officer
Sabrina Simmons is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc. In this role, she oversees all global financial departments, including controllership, corporate financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, tax, risk management, internal audit and the corporate shared service center, and also has accountability for brand finance along with the company's brand presidents.
Since joining Gap Inc. in 2001, Sabrina has progressed through positions of increasing responsibility from vice president and treasurer to executive vice president. Simmons was appointed CFO in January 2008.
During her tenure, she has been instrumental in instilling financial discipline throughout the organization and developing the capital structure framework that has delivered increasing shareholder distributions while maintaining a strong balance sheet. The work of Simmons and her Investor Relations team has been honored by Investor Relations and Institutional Investor magazine.
Before coming to Gap, Sabrina was chief financial officer and an executive member of the Board of Directors of Sygen International PLC, a British genetics company. Prior to Sygen, Simmons spent five years at Levi Strauss & Co., where she was assistant treasurer. She also spent several years at Hewlett Packard Company and KPMG.
Sabrina is a California Certified Public Accountant. She received her B.S. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley where she was also bestowed the award of Regent Scholar, and received her M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Stephen Sunnucks
President, International, Gap Inc.
Stephen Sunnucks is the President of Gap Inc.’s International division. In this role, he is responsible for driving the growth of Gap Inc.’s businesses outside North America. This includes guiding business strategy, operations, product, and business development opportunities for Gap Inc.’s distinct portfolio of brands through company-owned stores and franchise channels.
Prior to this role, Stephen served as President of Gap Inc.’s Europe and International Strategic Alliances divisions, where he was responsible for product development and retail operations, as well as exploring new growth opportunities. Under his leadership, Gap Inc. expanded its international footprint in Europe with company-operated stores while reaching new customers with franchise stores in Asia, Australia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Russia.
In his 30-year career in retail, Steve has held senior leadership roles with large, well-known retailers including Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury and the Burton Group (now Arcadia). Prior to joining Gap Inc. in June 2005, he spent four years as Chief Executive Officer of New Look, a large, publicly listed European clothing retailer with over 700 stores in the U.K., Ireland and France. During his term as CEO, Steve repositioned the company as a fast-fashion brand, launched and rolled out a new large store format and introduced new product categories, all of which drove strong profit and tripled the share price.
Steve graduated from Sheffield University in England with an honors degree in economics.

David Zoba
SVP, Global Real Estate, Gap Inc.
David Zoba is Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate. In this role, he works closely with Gap Inc.'s brand presidents and International business leaders in developing and delivering on the company's strategies to optimize its global real estate fleet.
David began as a real estate attorney on Wall Street and quickly moved into shopping centers and corporate real estate. He joined The Limited in the mid-1990s to lead real estate law, and then expanded his responsibility significantly to other areas during his seven years with the company. He subsequently worked for Galyan's Trading Company, Inc., where as EVP he helped create and launch a specialty sporting goods retailer that later became part of Dick's Sporting Goods. Most recently, David was principal and chief operating officer for Steiner + Associates, one of the country's most respected mixed-use retail developers.
David earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and attended the London School of Economics for graduate studies. David has a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School.

Tom Sands
Tom Sands, EVP of Stores and Operations, and Nancy Green, EVP & CCO, are currently leading the Old Navy division, reporting to Gap Inc. Chairman and CEO Glenn Murphy as the company conducts a formal search for a new brand president.
Tom Sands is executive vice president of Stores and Operations at Old Navy, responsible for leading Old Navy’s 1,000-plus stores, as well as inventory management and finance. Tom has extensive leadership experience within Old Navy, including leading visual, store design, and worldwide Loss Prevention and Corporate Security for Gap Inc.
His extensive retail career began at Target Corporation where he first started as a store manager, and over the course of 19 years, worked his way up to become SVP of stores.
Tom also served as president and CEO of Anchor Blue Inc. During his four years with the company, he also served as president of Levi’s and Dockers Outlets by MOST. Tom is credited for negotiating the sale of the Levi’s and Dockers Outlet by MOST division to Levi Strauss Co.

Nancy Green
Nancy Green, EVP & CCO, and Tom Sands, EVP of Stores and Operations, are currently leading the Old Navy division, reporting to Gap Inc. Chairman and CEO Glenn Murphy as the company conducts a formal search for a new brand president.
Nancy Green is executive vice president and chief creative officer for Old Navy. In this role, she is responsible for leading the brand’s product development teams, including design and production, the retail channel merchandising team and the visual merchandising team.
During Nancy’s 19-year tenure with Gap Inc., she started as a merchandise trainee and rose to become an SVP within merchandising, holding key roles at both Gap and Old Navy. During this time, she has led various merchandising divisions including Gap Global Men’s and Women’s, Gap Women’s, Gap Kid’s Girls, and launching myriad new categories such as Old Navy Kid’s and Baby.
Nancy served as CEO of Shabby Chic, where she partnered with the founder to create and implement a strategy for a multi-channel lifestyle brand, including launching the ecommerce channel, licensing strategy, and expansion of their product offering. At the Pottery Barn Division of Williams Sonoma, Inc., Nancy was responsible for overseeing the Pottery Barn brand and business, including retail, catalog and ecommerce channels.
